American Eagle® AE-60 series planetary mixers are the premier machine for bakery, pizza, or restaurant kitchen operations looking for versatile functionality. This mixer includes a power bowl lift that raises/lower the bowl with button controls. A 15 minute automatic timer with 4 fixed speeds and 360° gear shifter for personal convenience. The mixer will not perform until the safety guard is completely closed. New mixers come with a high polish 60 quart stainless steel bowl, aluminum dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum beater, and bowl truck accessories.  When using the machine, do not overload the bowl beyond the rated capacities in the manual or change gears while operating.
