Please use the following link to request help or service for your machine by creating a support case. You may use this regardless of whether or not your machine is covered under warranty. If an RMA is needed, we will contact you to issue an RMA number. Do not ship any equipment until you have been issued an RMA number. If your equipment requires onsite service, we will assist you with arranging a service call or connecting you with one of our authorized service agents.
If your customer service representative authorizes an Advanced RMA for any type of exchange, you will need to download the credit card authorization below, fill it out, and return the completed form to us before a replacement item is sent.
Please Note: All Warranty Work must be pre-authorized by American Eagle Food Machinery. Any claims for warranty service work that has not been pre-authorized will be rejected.
