2022

Fully Automatic Hydraulic Powered Dough Divider Rounders are introduced: AE-DDE30RFA and AE-DDE36RFA. Automatically divide and round dough with a push of a button.

2021

New All-Stainless Steel Design Dough Sheeters AE-DS650B-SS, AE-DS520B-SS, and AE-DS650ZD-SS are introduced. They feature easy-to-remove scrapers and removable working tables to provide easy storage and maintenance. They also feature inverter technology, providing reliable 3-phase from common 220v/1-phase electricity. The AE-DS650ZD-SS allows programmable recipes with sensor-controlled rollers and flour release for a fully-automated dough sheeter.

2020

AE-DMMS28 Dual Mode Sheeter/Moulder is introduced, which features an improved roller control.

2019

Join us at The NAFEM Show 2019, Feb 7-9 in Orlando, FL. New Gold Series 20 and 30 quart floor-standing planetary mixers (AE-20GA and AE-30GA) are introduced. They feature a golden design along with an input chute.

2017

Join Us at The NAFEM Show 2017, Feb 9-11, 2017 in Orlando, FL. Come see our AE-MC12NH Meat Cutter featured in "What's Hot! What's Cool!". New and improved fourth generation 20 and 30 quart planetary mixers (AE-200A and AE-300A) introduced. AE-300A features most compact 30 quart design in the industry. Both mixers feature thicker gauge reinforced safety guard, and thicker agitators and drive shafts for more durability and reliability.

2016

Completely redesigned AE-MC12NH Meat Cutter attachment and AE-MC12N meat cutter kits with 1HP motor are introduced. The redesigned meat cutter features four spacing options (1/2", 1/4", 3/16" and 1/8"). New and improved Elite Series Dough Sheeters and Dough Divider Rounders introduced in limited test markets. AE-DM28 dual mode dough moulder and dough sheeter introduced to limited test markets

2015

Join us at The NAFEM Show 2015, Feb 19-21, 2015 in Anaheim, CA. AE-MC12H Meat Cutter attachment is introduced at the show! Completely redesigned AE-80N4A 80 quart hybrid planetary mixer introduced, features a hybrid belt and gear driven transmission that lowers cost of ownership with less maintenance and less expensive replacement parts.

2014

Company expands operations and moves headquarters and distribution center to 3131 S. Canal St. Chicago, IL 60616. The AE-MC12H Meat Cutter attachment featuring 1/8" output and AE-MC12 Meat Cutter kit with 1HP motor is introduced to a limited test market.

The AE-JS12H Jerky Slicer Attachment and AE-JS12 Jerky Slicer Kit with 1HP motor are introduced for food enthusiasts who want to create their own jerky.

2011

Join us at The NAFEM Show 2011, Feb 10-12, 2011 in Orlando, FL. Improved AE-TS12H Meat Tenderizer and AE-TS12 Meat Tenderizer Kit with 1HP motor introduced, featuring stainless steel spacers and single piece comb design for extra durability.

2010

Completely redesigned second generation AE-T12HS Meat Tenderizer and AE-T12S Meat Tenderizer Kit with 1HP motor introduced which features improved comb design, spacers, and polished stainess steel housing.

2009

AE-VC30, a versatile, countertop vegetable-slicing machine, will be introduced to the US Market. See it unveiled at the NAFEM show Feb 5-7, 2009 in Orlando, FL. The product delivers superior functionality and value. Exceptional design and workmanship is ETL Certified To Conform To NSF/ANSI 8, CSA, CE Standards. Redesigned AE-10NA, AE-20NA, AE-30NA series third generation planetary mixers introduced to market 

2008

Through improved training initiatives, American Eagle employees become Certified Foodservice Professionals. CFSPs are recognized throughout the industry for their expertise in materials, sanitation, and foodservice standards. AE-MT12 manual crank tenderizer accessory introduced for AE-T12H attachment.

2007

Our newest products, AE-V12 and AE-S12 second generation vegetable shredder and slicer attachment, unveiled at NAFEM Show (Georgia World Congress) center. Improved features compared to older AE-VS12 series: Larger chamber size, durable cast aluminum housing, no slip, no-wear color.

2006

First generation AE-T12H Meat Tenderizer Attachment and AE-T12 Tenderizer Kit with 1HP motor introduced to help restaurateurs meet increasing sophisticated consumer demand for tender steak and Asian-influenced stir fry. Durable cast aluminum housing on the attachment ensure longevity. 

2005

AE-PS01 pizza dough roller introduced as part of our line of Essential Pizza Operation Equipment.

2004

AE-DM32, AE-DM31 dough moulders are introduced to expand our line of specialized dough processing equipment.

2003

Completely redesigned N-Series (AE-G12N and AE-G22N) third generation meat grinders introduced to market with even more improved features: All stainless steel design, standard #12 hub, specially engineered air-cooled motor allows for even more horsepower.

2002

Second generation, completely redesigned AE-21 and AE-31 series planetary mixers introduced to market. AE-10B 10 quart planetary mixer introduced to meet demands of smaller foodservice operations.

2001

American Eagle becomes a member of NAFEM, the food service industry's recognized professional trade association for equipment manufacturers. 

1999

AE-G12SS and AE-G22S meat grinder models introduced to supplement AE-G12C model, features improved motor and all stainless steel design. 

1997

American Eagle expands its bakery equipment line and unveils newly designed pizza mixer, the AE-60P2 series at the Las Vegas Pizza Show, features special lower speed gears to aid in dough processing. Second generation AE-G12C meat grinder introduced, features improved motor and redesigned transmission, allowing an industry leading compact housing design with no sharp corners. 

1996

Dough sheeters, dough dividers, and dough divider rounders are added to the bakery equipment line up to meet demands for specialized dough processing. AE-VS12 series vegetable processor attachment introduced as a value added accessory for planetary mixers.

1995

American Eagle Food Machinery expands into bakery equipment lines and obtains ETL Certified To Conform To NSF/ANSI 8, CSA, CE Standards. First generation AE-20, AE-30, AE-40, AE-60, AE-80 series planetary mixers and a line of spiral mixers are introduced to U.S. market.

1994

Company is re-incorporated and begins selling under registered American Eagle Food Machinery brand and trademark. First generation AE-G12 meat grinder is introduced, features all metal gears.
