This mixer includes a power bowl lift that raises/lower the bowl with button controls. A 15 minute automatic timer with 4 fixed speeds and 360° gear shifter for personal convenience. The mixer will not perform until the safety guard is completely closed. This planetary mixer comes with a high polish 60 quart stainless steel bowl, aluminum dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum beater, and a bowl truck.  When using the machine, do not overload the bowl beyond the rated capacities in the manual or change gears while operating.
